- Principle of operation.

When equipment and materials are transferred through the air shower pass box, the system will be started by the sensor, clean air filtered through the Hepa filter is blown out at high speed through the nozzles mounted on the wall ( nozzle) removes 99.99% of dirt particles as small as 0.3 microns. Air velocity ranges from 20-22m/s. The dirty air is then sucked into the bottom of the transfer box, filtered and returned to the chamber. To increase the ability to repel dust, the Air Shower Pass Box is adjusted with an air shower time of 10-20 seconds depending on customer needs.

Air shower pas box is mainly used to move equipment and materials. It helps reduce the number of people transporting tools and materials into and out of the clean room, thereby limiting the opening of the clean room and cross-contamination in factories producing food, medical equipment, and electrical components. electronics, cosmetics...
